General Return Terms
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for details on how to initiate a return or exchange.
You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Provide Details: Please include a photo of the product highlighting the reason for your request. This helps us assist you more efficiently.

Receive Authorization: Our team will respond with guidance and may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not ship your item back before receiving an RMA.

Ship Your Return: Once authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided using a trackable courier service.
Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us immediately upon discovery.
Refunds

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges: Requests for a different size, color, or variant are processed once the original item is returned and approved. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure it doesn't go out of stock; we will process the refund for the original return upon its arrival.
Multiple Returns
