Order Cancellation Policy

  • We cannot make any cancellations for any order after your order has reached production, which typically begin within 12 hours of your order being submitted and we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will oblige our request to change the address. 

  • If you have an order with an order status that is stuck with an Address Issue and if you have not made any changes to correct your address within 30 days from the order submission date, your order will be canceled by our team, and there would be no refunds made for such orders.  Please be sure to make any address changes within 30 days post order shipment date.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Basilioafrik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the process:

Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • The request is made within 3–7 days of delivery, depending on the product category.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale or promo items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email shop@basilioafrik.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You would be required to attach a picture of the product highlighting the reason for your return/exchange

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable courier.

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

  • In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

  • Exchanges (size, color, or variant) are processed once the original item is received and approved.

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Multiple Returns
Basilioafrik reserves the right to decline excessive or abusive return requests.
